1. How did you get into the field of medicine?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – “My path into medicine is a combination of personal discovery and cultural inheritance. I was raised on the legend of my family’s relationship with the healing god Lord Dhanvantri since I was a small child. The idea of serving mankind ran through my family’s history, and my forebears were well-regarded for their skill in using conventional medicine.

However, my enthusiasm for medicine was sparked by a life-changing experience. A serious car accident in my childhood sent me to the Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for a long time. In those recuperation days, I watched the complex web of healthcare, from the busy outpatient departments to the communication between physicians and patients.

I learned about the deep emotional as well as the technical facets of medicine during those times. I saw patients’ bare vulnerability, the steadfast commitment of the medical staff, and the human spirit’s ability to bounce back from hardship.

This encounter was enlightening. It solidified my sense of direction and reinforced my belief that the medical industry is where I belonged. Inspired by my family’s history and driven by a desire to promote healing, I set out on a career path devoted to helping others. I get strength from my family’s rich history and the valuable lessons I’ve gained from my own struggles every day. For me, practising medicine is a passion, a holy calling to truly improve the lives of people, not simply a job.

2. Why did you choose radiology as a speciality?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – I choose to specialise in radiology because I learned during my medical school and clinical rotational time, that a precise diagnosis is essential to provide patients with high-quality treatment. During my NEET PG counselling and internship, it became clear to me that treatment plans are really a wild guess without an accurate diagnosis, which might significantly compromise a patient’s results. I saw radiology as the cornerstone of this diagnostic procedure because of its emphasis on diagnostic imaging. The multidisciplinary aspect of radiology is what drew me in the most.

As radiologists, we work with experts in a variety of professions and are not limited to any one area of medicine. Instead, we are essential members of the healthcare team. We deal with a wide range of problems in the radiology department that span all medical specialities, from surgery to medicine and everything in between.

In addition to giving insightful information that influenced treatment plans and public health initiatives, radiologists play a crucial role in the diagnosis and surveillance of the illness. My desire to work with other healthcare experts to provide precise diagnoses and improve patient care ultimately motivated me to seek a career in radiology.

3. How do you promote patient care and what tactics have been most successful?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – I get to know each patient under my care on a holistic level because I think that their mental and emotional health is equally as important as their physical health. One of the most effective methods of completing rounds that I’ve seen is to promote direct communication between senior doctors and patients. Apart from addressing physical problems, I try to help patients who feel uncomfortable, empathise with them, and offer them an opportunity to express any concerns they may have.

In addition, in my quest to be the Best Radiologist in India, I spend time educating patients on the fundamentals of their condition, including lifestyle changes, guardianship strategies, and early warning signs. I firmly believe, we can prevent diseases from recurring and improve overall health outcomes by educating and understanding patients.

The results of putting these techniques into practice have been quite satisfying. In addition to improving patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes, this strategy has enhanced the bond between the doctor and patient. I fervently urge all medical professionals to adopt these patient-centred procedures.

4. What risks and sacrifices does a medical industry demand?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – Being one of the Radiologists in India, I believe Individuals who commit their life to the medical industry are required to assume substantial risks and sacrifices.

1. The relationship between patients and healthcare professionals is evolving is a major problem; the traditional respect for doctors has given way to a more transactional one. This change might lead to a breach of confidence, as patients start to question or even disregard medical advice on occasion.

2. Despite the best of intentions on the part of specialists, medical mistakes can sometimes occur, which can occasionally lead to difficult moral and legal circumstances.

3. In addition, infectious illnesses continue to pose a serious risk to medical professionals and their families. This is particularly noticeable during global pandemics such as COVID-19.

4. Professional violence, such as verbal and physical abuse by patients or their families, increases the risks related to turning into a doctor.

5. Because of their busy schedules and lengthy work, medical professionals have to make sacrifices in their personal and social lives.

6. Because of the huge demands of the work, burnout is an ongoing possibility.

5. How do you define success?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – A person’s achievement in the medical industry extends beyond financial gain or public acclaim. In my opinion, as an Indian radiologist, real success comes from exhibiting self-control, reliability, and a sincere desire to help people.

 To give one’s all to the health of patients means letting go of personal comforts and leisure time, and occasionally even sleep. This commitment isn’t only necessary for the work; it’s a deep calling that calls for constant perseverance and dedication. I can offer state-of-the-art care and keep a competitive advantage in this fast-paced industry because I am informed about latest advances.

But being successful in the medical field requires more than just technical skill—human connection is just as important. Developing an emotional connection and genuine relationship with patients is essential.  In my opinion, the true test of success is not money or recognition but rather the deep sense of fulfillment that comes from actually changing someone’s life.

It is a really satisfying feeling to know that, as one of the top radiologists in India, I have helped a patient get better or less suffering.  Seeing the relief and thankfulness in my patients’ eyes confirms my steadfast commitment to this honourable career. The real measures of success in my medical practice are the intangible benefits of patient trust and gratitude.

6. Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful doctor?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – I believe there is no one-size-fits-all formula for success in medicine, as it is very personalised. The path to success is inherently unique and impacted by a range of situations, even if successful doctors undoubtedly exhibit common traits and behaviours, such as diligence, empathy, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Every doctor has a different journey, moulded by their objectives, values, experiences, and background.

While core principles like upholding professionalism, honing communication skills, and stressing patient-centred care are usually applicable, the specific path to success is ambiguous and open to interpretation.

It is not about following a precise formula, but about always growing and adapting to suit the different needs of patients and communities. By adopting this comprehensive approach to success, doctors may make a difference in the lives of individuals they serve.

7. What do you say is your greatest achievement in the medical industry?

Dr. Nishant Mishra – Beyond monetary benefits or personal acclaim, my greatest accomplishment in the medical field combines the genuine influence I’ve had on patients’ lives in times of crisis. I’ve successfully identified complicated medical problems via careful study and teamwork, seeing patients and their families’ relief and thankfulness in the process. During times of COVID-19 outbreak, I realized my presence, talents, and devotion were important as I was at the vanguard of healthcare during those crucial periods when everything seemed to be coming to a stop and priorities were shifting.

I realized the gravity of my employment and the possible impact on my patients’ health as I poured my all into saving lives. These were the moments when I understood how fortunate I was to have decided to become a doctor—a fantastic career that allows me to assist people in their hour of greatest need. Taking part in historic events such as the Lord Rama Pran Pratishthan in Ayodhya has made me more determined than ever to serve people with kindness and dedication. These interactions have reinforced my commitment to continuing enhancing people’s lives and my belief in the critical role that the medical industry plays in society.

8. If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting in this industry, what would it be? 

Dr. Nishant Mishra – The value of developing patience would be the first and most important piece of advise I would give to someone just starting out in the medical field. It’s important to realize that success in this industry is not something that can be attained quickly in a society where people are frequently motivated by fast satisfaction.

Instead, it results from years of commitment, diligence, and lifelong learning. Every stage of the journey, from the demanding requirements of medical school to the difficulties of clinical practice, calls for endurance and patience. It’s also critical to understand that a medicine profession offers benefits beyond financial gain or transient celebrity.

Your profession’s genuine happiness stems from your substantial influence on your patients and the communities you cater to. It’s about uniting, rejoicing in successes, and realizing that you’re improving the world. Ques 1 What brought you to the field of social work?

Dr Vinit Gupta:  Being a member of the Aam Aadmi Party, when I roamed for party rallies in different areas and states, I saw people in trouble and grief. No doubt there are organizations that are working for them but the number of organizations is less in comparison to the people affected. This made me realize the need for social work and I come up with the idea of helping people in my own capacity. This, later on, turned out to become an NGO “Ishwar Foundation Charitable Trust.”  This is an organization for the people, by the people, and serving the people. I always strive to help in every manner to needy ones and want no one in this society should be deprived of basic needs.

Ques 2  What sacrifices do you have to do to achieve this ambition of yours and further the cause you are working for?

Dr. Vinit Gupta:- Being a social worker, when you sacrifice your family life, only then you will be able to help others in getting their family. When you bring a smile to someone’s face, that gives ultimate satisfaction to you, and the time that you have devoted becomes worthy.  See, when you’re working and you get respect makes you forget all the sacrifices. I didn’t start doing this work to get awards but to help underprivileged people. The thought “I am doing something impactful and meaningful that gives me mental satisfaction”; inspires me to work even more.

Ques 3 How do you determine or evaluate success?

Dr. Vinit Gupta:– For me, success is defined by the following parameters.

1. If your parents are proud of what you’re doing defines your success. There should not be any tears in their eyes because of you. If come, then the reason should only be your success and good deeds.

 2. If you’re able to buy the things that you like, I think you are successful.

3. Third and the most important point that defines your success is when any needy or underprivileged person comes to you for help, you unconditionally help them.  No one should go empty hands from your door.

Ques 4 What has been your proudest moment as a social worker?

Dr. Vinit Gupta:- There are numerous moments when I feel proud being a social worker but the proudest moment I count was during the pandemic. When people were suffering from a shortage of oxygen, hospital beds, medicines, and daily needs items, I helped them with my best services. Providing beds and medicines to those who were in need gave me ultimate satisfaction and at that time I feel the true meaning of being a social worker. By helping people in difficult times, I gain quality of life.

Ques 5 What advice would you give to new social workers entering the field today?

Dr. Vinit Gupta:- Social work is about using your senses, intellect, and emotional intelligence to understand people.  Helping people in situations they are in so that they can move forward. You need to commit to developing yourself in all these aspects and to sustaining yourself through seeking excellent support and guidance.

Be simple and specific about concerns. You are privileged by working to improve the lives and social circumstances of the disempowered, and the disadvantaged. Don’t even abuse that trust. Be real, be yourself, and let your personality and attributes shine through.

I am proud to be a social worker as not only social work has given me the chance to work abroad, but it has also given me the power to bring about significant change in other people’s lives and advance social work values and principles in other practice areas. I adore my job as a social worker!

1.  How did you get that you can be a Tarot card Reader?

Kriti Chauhan – In Today’s world, each and everyone is dealing with some sort of problem, it can be related to health, finance, work, or relationships. To tackle these everyday problems, people practice meditation, dream interpretation, astrology services and other methods to connect with the inner guide or the higher self. But, sometimes people don’t understand what they are dealing with and what they can do to overcome the problem. Here comes the role of a mentor, counsellor, and professional life coach, who understands the problem and as per their psychic abilities, guides in the right direction. 

In 2018, I became aware of my intuitional strengths. I sensed that the universe and the angels were trying to interact with me through different signs, and along with them something inside of me, urged me to help others. Since then, through my psychic abilities and strong intuitional power, helping others has been my only priority. It is my life goal to help others

2.  What is unique about your Tarot card Reading?

Kriti Chauhan – I don’t interact with people professionally, I take their problems personally. I understand the problem and try to get fit into others’ shoes for the best possible solution. For me, it is very necessary that people should get solutions to their problems in my session.

During my Tarot Card Reading sessions, I often tell that “Nothing is permanent, not even your problems”. So, don’t end up overthinking and taking on a lot of tension, try to distract your mind by working out, listening to inspiring music, or meeting up with friends. Train your thoughts to take control of situations rather than allowing them to control you.

3.  How many years of experience do you hold?

Kriti Chauhan – I have been reading tarot cards for 13 years, but I started doing it professionally 4 years ago. I am a life coach also.

In 2018, I became aware of my intuitional strengths and felt that the universe was sending me indications to pursue a career as a tarot card reader. After going through the most difficult time of my life in 2017, I sensed that the universe and the angels were trying to interact with me through signs, and something inside of me urged me to help others.

4.  What risks and sacrifices do a Tarot Card Reading demand?

Kriti Chauhan – I don’t think my work carries any risks. However, there are sacrifices. I put my personal life on hold, to deal with my customers. When any of my clients need me, I put my personal life aside and help them.

5.  How do you define success?

Kriti Chauhan – Success varies from business to business. And success in my type of field lies in when my clients are happy, have a smile on their faces, move forward in their life overcome failure and suggest my name to others.

7.  What is your aim/mission?

Kriti Chauhan – As a professional reader, my ambition is to be a sought-after, trustworthy, and recognized Tarot card Reader. Helping the needy, encouraging people, and assisting them in overcoming challenges are all parts of my goal.

8.  What is your favourite aspect of being a Tarot card Reader?

Kriti Chauhan – Being an entrepreneur is not easy; it has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. The only way to achieve success as an entrepreneur is to be passionate about what you do rather than being emotional. And my favourite part is when others look up to me and feel inspired by my story.

9.  If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be?

Kriti Chauhan – Have faith. The most unbelievable things require a lot of time to build. Every entrepreneur needs to have patience. You could also have a lot of disappointments, but don’t give up. Be a strong person and fight through your troubles. Distract your thoughts by exercising, listening to cheerful music, or meeting up with friends. Train your mind to take control of situations rather than letting them control you.

1.What made you pursue music video direction? or What was your drive behind direction?

Sumit Saniwal: Lights, Cameras, and the sound of Action always fascinated me. I was passionate for cinema since my childhood and always thought of doing something out of the box led me to pursue music video direction as a career. Film watching was my hobby that pushed me at each phase of my directorial career. Being an independent director,  I started producing quality content at the beginning of my career. My debut project was Filter Shot by Gulzar Chhaniwala and from there, my journey kicked off. The success of Filter Shot motivates me to do better day by day and generates an urge to work hard to provide quality content to the audience

2. What roadblocks did you faced when you were starting out?

Sumit Saniwal: At the early stages of my career, sometimes, I was ditched by those artists for whom I worked as a director on set. They challenged me being the producer, and never gave me credits for my work because of which my career slowed down. But I never let myself down and always moved ahead dealing with the exploitations of the industry.

3. What, in your opinion, are the most important qualities, a music video director should have?

Sumit Saniwal: The most important quality a music director should have is, visualising a story out of the box because the music video direction is not a cakewalk,  you have to direct the complete storyline in just 2-4 minutes time frame.

A music video director should have the ability to create unique and lavish content with limited space and budget, however, the output must be loved by the Audience. He/she should have good visualising and decision making skills so as to work on any space provided.

Being a storyteller, a music video director should keep in mind the message his/her story is conveying to the audience, as it is a social responsibility of a filmmaker to lead the audience in the right direction.

4. If an actor is being unprofessional at the shoot, how do you manage the situation?

Sumit Saniwal: Managing artists is a difficult task, dealing with their problems and ego clashes on the set is itself a great deal. But I and my team plays a great role in this, we keep our artist happy and communicate or behave with them in their way so that there must be no chaos on the set and the set runs on time without delays.

We listen to them at each part and clarify their doubts so that there are no confusion or clashes on set and artists can give their best to the music video.

5. What is the greatest achievement of director Sumit Saniwal, till date?

Sumit Saniwal: According to me, my greatest achievement is my work. I feel the pleasure that I have worked with a lot of famous Haryanvi artists namely Pranjal Dhaiya, Sapna Chaudhary, Anjali Arora, Renuka Panwar, Masoom Sharma, Manisha Sharma, Gulzaar Channiwala, Raj Mawar, Shweta Chauhan, Aman Raj and to name a few. Recently released Balam Kalo on Tarz Haryanvi is also directed by me.

I have given a kick start to a lot of young aspiring artists who are doing good in the industry nowadays. I feel proud watching them growing and I cherish the moments working with them, at the time when they entered into the industry.

I have worked with various labels and had good projects and interpersonal relations with them.  T-Series Haryanvi, Nav Haryanvi, Zee Music Haryanvi, Sonotek, Nupur Audio, Red Hill Music, Kala Niketan and Tarz Haryanvi are some of the labels with which I have worked.

6.What is the toughest thing about getting a project done?

Sumit Saniwal: The Toughest thing about getting a project done is convincing the producers with the vision you have for the story and then pitching to the artist explaining the in-depths of the storyline. At last, bringing your vision on the screen to satisfy the producers is the main difficulty, because you have to convince them to your project. Being a music director is not a melodious song to sing.

7. Can you tell us more about your upcoming project(s)?

Sumit Saniwal: My upcoming projects are something that will rock the market floor. The trendy music with the desi touch of Haryanvi lyrics, these songs are definitely going to vibe to your moods.

My upcoming projects are Kaali Car, Bellbottom, Kaali Range, Chand Taare and to name a few these songs are going to rock your day. Hope you like them and share more and more.

8. Can you tell us about the greatest moment in your direction career?

Sumit Saniwal:  Still struggling day by day to being better than my previous self.  My projects do not satisfy my creative mindset, but yes I feel proud in directing the first-ever top trending Haryanvi song on YouTube that was “ Kasoote”, with Gulzaar chhaniwala.

9. Do you have any advice for young music video directors like you?

Sumit Saniwal: One piece of advice that I would like to give to young aspiring directors is to keep paperwork strong while signing bonds with the labels and copyrights of your creations so that there will be no chaos later.

Be ahead of what everyone is doing. Bring in something creative that is different from the market. Be a risk-taker, everyone around you will pull you down, but never stop jumping ahead.

10. Do you think it is essential to take a professional training from an institute in order to become a successful music video director?

Sumit Saniwal: Yes, but only from an institute that provides you with industry-standard equipment and the wholesome knowledge on the theoretical and practical part with industry experience.

Either a film aspirant can take up a course of filmmaking and side by side start assisting a director he/she admires. This experience on set will help him being a professional and learn how the set runs which is very difficult to understand within the boundaries of an institution.

So a person who is through with the theoretical and practical knowledge can get the best output on the product.

Q1. How did you get the idea of becoming a Digital Marketing Professional?

Sonal Somani– I come from a family of Chartered Accountants & Lawyers, so my education was in the same field and my goals were clear but somehow after my father’s death, I never had the heart to continue the same field. So I ideated and started a Tech business that was very ahead of its time, so we were looking for the best tech team and marketing professionals. The output I received was not what I wanted. When I moved to my second Tech business which was about Shopping Subscription box as per your body size, we hired and fired many digital marketing people, and wasted a lot of money, patience, and peace of mind.

So then I finally decided to take things into my own hands and learned it all of my own – Social Media, Content Marketing, creating websites, Digital Marketing, and everything. By the time I learned it all, my funds had dried up, and I was left with only a practical business decision of shutting the shop.

It was the time when I realized, what I suffered as an entrepreneur, many others must be facing the same. So I decided to come on the other side, started working as Digital Marketer and ever since last 7-8 yrs, I am into this field.

I like to be called an “EXPERIENCED DIGITAL MARKETER” and not just a digital marketing professional. While working in the field of Digital Marketing, I felt the shortage of Digital Marketing Professionals as compared to its demand, and that’s where I started providing Digital Marketing Education and over the last two years, I am teaching young minds who want to become Digital Marketers.

2. What is unique about your business?

Sonal Somani: Coming from a Finance & Legal Background and being an entrepreneur myself, I can contribute much more like a Digital Marketer as I understand business structure and its nature easily. My approach to any business of my client is very much customized to their needs. My strategy is not just about managing social media or running ads, it’s a 360-degree approach. This works really well for small and mid-size businesses. My experience allows me to understand and use tactics useful for the business and bring a lot more to the table than just social media.

3. How do you market your client’s business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Sonal Somani: Every business requires a different approach and understanding of how that business is being run, and most important is that what the company is looking to achieve with the activity they want you to do. I believe our best bets have always been transparency and emotional connection. Our brands/clients get a good response when we use these tactics. Honestly, I feel this every business should aim for.

4. What risks and sacrifices do such an enterprise demand?

Sonal Somani: Like all businesses, running a digital marketing agency also requires patience & hard work. You are not going to succeed overnight. You have to put in long hours and energy and set yourself up for success. It’s not like if you’re not doing anything you can do digital marketing, no way. Skills, common sense, and hard work all are needed to be a good digital marketing professional/ expert.

5. How do you define success?

Sonal Somani: Success to me is being able to push myself every day and to keep myself open, to learning new things. I will stop succeeding the day I stop learning.

6. Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

Sonal Somani: CONSISTENCY is the only formula to being a successful entrepreneur and also be passionate about your work, not emotional.

7. What do you say is your greatest achievement being in Digital Marketing Industry?

Sonal Somani: I think My Biggest Achievement is the opportunity to mentor and teach young minds at institutes like Synergy School of Business Skills (CST & Dadar), Skillopedia – now Northstorm Academy, NMIMS – Mumbai as visiting Faculty (For Digital Marketing). When my students get placements and excelled in their careers, I considered it to my achievements and love it when I receive their messages sharing their success.

Another great achievement is, winning HASTAKSHARR Brand Strategist Excellence Award 2019 for my work and having a client – a celebrity fitness trainer whose been with me for more than 4.5 years now. It’s such an honor and a fulfilling experience.

8. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out in this Industry, what would it be?

Sonal Somani: For every person who seriously wants to Become a DIGITAL MARKETER, enter this field if and only if you are PASSIONATE about it not because it’s a trend or flavor of the season.

You should have the capacity to learn and unlearn every day, as the field is dynamic and challenging. It’s not at all a shortcut in any way. It requires dedication, hard work, and most of all commitment.

On our Talk @ jugaadinnews entrepreneurial forum, we’ve asked some questions from Sumeet Pareek, Director, Loan In Touch regarding his entrepreneurial journey, how he came with the idea of Loan In Touch, and his success mantra. So Let’s see what all he has to say.

1. How did you get your idea or concept for the Loan In Touch?

Sumeet Pareek: When I started as a home loan counselor (DSA ) in the initial days, I found that process of getting a home loan is very mechanical and time-consuming. I felt there’s a need to have a deeper connection in terms of service between customers and banks, which was missing. While I was bridging the gap between the two, the idea of the loan in touch was born. At Loan In Touch, we essentially believe in providing efficient service along with building long-term relationships with customers.

2. What is unique about your business Loan In Touch?

Sumeet Pareek: I don’t know should I call it unique or not, but I feel our approach toward the Home Loan process and delivery is outstanding. Our core focus is on sourcing the data and personally processing the home loan formalities for building the dream home of the owner. This process gives us an edge because we personally get in touch with clients. This helps us immensely in building sustainable and customized relationships with better clientele satisfaction.

3. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

 Sumeet Pareek: I believe not one size fits all, that’s why at Loan In Touch, we use every possible route of marketing, whether it’s the digital or traditional way of doing it. One thing that I have learned during my journey that word of mouth works best for us, a cheap and sustainable method of marketing, but I also feel this mostly proportionate to our clientele satisfaction.

4. What risks and sacrifices does Loan In Touch demand from you?

Sumeet Pareek: On a lighter note,  I can write an essay about risks and sacrifices but seriously I feel being patient really helps in bifurcating between risk and reward. Also, I believe if you are convinced about your work and product, which in my case is my passion, so I give everything into it.  One way to look at it is, either everything is sacrifice or everything is a reward but in general, we reduce our family life, personal time,  and friends considerably while working as an entrepreneur.

5. How do you define success?

Sumeet Pareek: Our ability to do things at our will is our true success, I believe, but yes good figures, awards, and recognition definitely are the motivating factors.

6. Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

 Sumeet Pareek: I m too young to answer this, honestly, but whatever I have observed over a period of time is that being an entrepreneur is not a straight line journey, it’s a series of nonlinear way. But being passionate, focused, and honest to oneself is very commonly found among every entrepreneur and essential to be an entrepreneur.

7. What is your favorite aspect of being an Entrepreneur?

Sumeet Pareek: I feel that the sheer ability to convert my passion into a profession and meeting people from different walks of life, channelizing them, and satisfying them, is the best aspect of being an entrepreneur.

8. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Sumeet Pareek: The only piece of advice I want to give every budding entrepreneur is that “Just be Patient Enough and trust your abilities”.

Q: First of all, tell us a little about your background and How you got into the digital industry?

Hi, I’m Manmohan Singla, CEO of Jugaadin Digital Services Pvt. Ltd and Director of Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing, a leading Digital Marketing training institute.  Back in 2012, I along with my B.tech friends founded Jugaadin.com with an aim to provide a solution to every problem.

Jugaadin.com represented – “Jugaad Yourself” under which we formed teams in our college and in others too.  Technically, we were into digital marketing and non-technically organized events. With 1000 + small and big event exposure and doing digital marketing of those events, I gradually entered the digital industry.  I made jugaadin.com as Jugaadin Digital Services Pvt. Ltd.

About my educational background, I’ve done B. Tech in Computer Science from Amity University, M.Tech (CSE) from Guru Jambheshwar University, MBA from NMIMS. I have been MSP- Microsoft student partner, and Club Lead – Firefox club. The passion for being an entrepreneur was in me since my school days, that’s why I didn’t opt for the placement options in the university.

Q: Where did the idea for HiDM come from?

I always wanted to grow my home town Hisar like any other metro city, that’s why I rejected the placement offers at university and started making Hisar digital with the launching of the Digital Hisar Directory firstly. Digital Hisar is a portal that offers free business listing and promotion on social media having 27k active members.

Digital Hisar was in progress and providing digital marketing services to 100+ clients but my vision was to grow Hisar technically was still in vain. I always believe, unless and until the youth power will not become technocrat, no city or village can grow.  

I always say “Tomorrow when everything will get online, the need for Digital Marketing professionals will increase”.

 With this thought in mind I established Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing in the year 2018 where young minds are getting trained about Digital Marketing. My dedication showed its results as HIDM received Best Digital Marketing Institute award by Education Council of India in January 2020.

Q: What kind of promotion activities you use for your clients?

There are so many activities that can be used for client promotion but I prefer to mix traditional marketing with digital marketing. I mix traditional efforts like ground events with online promotion.  Nowadays, people are using online platform but if we see marketing tactics and strategy, they are same, it’s just the medium that is different. So I work according to my client’s need, first lay emphasis on what they want and then add my experience and skills into client promotion so that they get leads with branding.

Q: Why do you think it’s important for entrepreneurs, marketing professionals, and students to learn Digital Marketing today?

In this world of the Internet, almost everything is available on the Internet from a toy car to a real car we can buy anything that we want.

If we talk about digital marketing, Digital marketing is a process in which the promotion is done on the internet by opting for digital marketing techniques like SEO, SMO, Blogging, Content Marketing, etc.  Entrepreneurs are now promoting their business by using these techniques in order to reach a larger audience in less time. Digital marketing is cost-effective and can give a better ROI as compared to traditional marketing.

For youth, who have completed 12^th and don’t know what to do can learn something new, it will help as helping hand for their career. For graduated students and marketing professionals, the digital marketing course will work like Plan B for them. Marketing professionals can get good salary package as compare to peers if he knows digital marketing.

Q: What is your advice for newbies, who are looking at building a career in Digital Marketing Industry?

Digital Marketing is an emerging trend. Everyday many newbies are making entry into the Digital Marketing Industry. But before entering they should follow some advice:

1. Digital Marketing Industry changes every other day. Its techniques never go in the same flow for long. Thus a person has to be a good adaptor and learner who can learn things quickly and act according to them. He/she should be updated on new technological trends.

2. Digital Marketing is all about doing marketing efforts that take you to your customers or target audience. A digital marketer should be aware of what the competitors are doing and how they are advertising. Being a proactive digital marketer is a must for newbies.   

3. No one can be specialized in every sector, thus, they should do mastery in one area of Digital Marketing of their interest like they can have good analytics skills or a social media influencer or an SEO expert.

Q: What’s your favorite social network platform: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, or Twitter?

Personally, no such platform is my favorite one. Every platform has a different kind of audience and engagement rate that is necessary for different kinds of clients. According to client wants, needs, and brand awareness, different digital platforms are used. I must say that platforms can be created by making some projects that can relate to your sales funnel.

Q: What do you say is your greatest achievement in your online journey?

Awards and achievements motivated you and I must say in this tough competition, they help you to keep on moving on the path.  My list of achievements goes as follows:

1. My first achievement in the online journey started when I got Best Social Media Expert Award by Raah Group NGO in the year 2013.

2. Excellence Award 2018 as Best Digital Marketing Professional given by Vipul Goyal (Industrial and Environmental Minister).

 3. Best of the Best Award 2018 by Sanjhi Soch (National Magazine ) presented by  Captain Abhimanyu Excellence Award 2019.

Q: Who is your role model?

A: For me, every person whom I met in my day to day life is my role model. As everyone has something unique worth learning, it just depends on you how you take it. Elderly people surely have more experience than me and younger ones have aspirations, dreams, and aims that may be I never think of. I consider every Individual as a storehouse of ideas and that’s why I don’t have anyone Ideal or role model.

Q: What do you think of how a social media expert or a digipreneur can do social work? Do they get time for this?

 What a wonderful question you have asked. A Digipreneur or a social media expert might don’t get time to do social work physically but they can do it digitally as I do. I have always been connected to many NGOs on the state and national level for the last many years and I do my part of social work by promoting these NGOs without any penny. My motive behind doing free promotion for NGOs is that by increasing their visibility, I want to connect more people for society’s development. 

For this gesture of mine, I have also been awarded 2 times with a Social achievement award by Mission Green foundation and Lok Nirman welfare society. 

For students preparing for IIT/ NEET 2020, these 40 days lockdown period is crucial and they must utilize it in a proper way to secure a good rank in the examination. To guide the aspiring students, Jugaadin news talked to Er. Lalit Hooda, Director Arjuna Classes, Hisar and asked for his valuable suggestions for the students.

This is an extra time that students are getting for preparing for IIT / NEET exam. If properly planned, these extra days can be a future-changer in their plans and will help them achieve their desired goals. This bonus time will be used to focus on weak areas and subjects and to further reinforce the concepts said Er. Lalit Hooda.

If aspirants are not planned till how to prepare or utilize these bonus days of lockdown, then here I am providing some tips on how to prepare for IIT/NEET during the lockdown.

First and foremost thing that you all know “ Practice makes a man perfect”. So practice solving questions and mock papers more at this time and perform better in the examination. After solving the paper, work is not done. You must analyze the score and the part which requires extra time and effort from your side. NTA also provides mock tests for the different exams it conducts on its website.

Secondly, no doubt lockdown has increased the number of social media users but being an IIT/NEET aspirant you should focus more on your studies rather than social media and the internet. Divide the day or make a time table to manage the study and other work. Practice and study for at least 10-12 hrs a day and give equal time to each subject. Do some physical exercise daily to make yourself active and relaxed.

Third, this is the right time to make revision notes for IIT/NEET 2020, as it will help them to revise the highlighted parts of each subject. These revision notes would be useful at the time of the last-minute examination.

Fourth, if any problem exists or feels mentally depressed due to lockdown, talk to your teachers, friends and family members. For solving subject related queries, now every institute is offering online classes for students.

There is no substitute for hard work. This extra time is bliss for students preparing IIT/NEET 2020 examinations. Thus advised to follow these above-mentioned tips for preparations and work hard.

Patients underlying weak immune system, Diabetic and heart diseases are a great concern. So, to advise patients with underlying cardiovascular disease of the potential increased risk and to encourage reasonable precautions, Dr. Dinesh Sehgal, Interventional Cardiologist at Sapra Multispecialty Hospital, Hisar was invited at Talk@Jugaadin News.

He informed  ”According to a study, the Heart patients can get affected by the virus in several ways. Though the primary focus of Coronavirus is the lungs, but this could have an impact on the heart, particularly the diseased heart, because it has to work hard to get oxygenated blood through the body. In this way, the problem for coronary heart patients increases as the heart is already having difficulty in pumping the blood. Also, the person suffering from heart issues might have a weak immune system so when virus attacks, the body’s immune system can’t fight back with foreign particles. Also, immunity decreases with aging that’ why aged persons are also at risk of getting infection easily. These patients with heart diseases can be considered as High-risk Patients.
