Realme C53 smartphone with 108-megapixel camera launched in India; sale starts on July 26

Today, Realme India launched Realme C53 in India. The new entrant in Realme C-series hosts a 108-megapixel primary camera.  The Realme C53 has a 90Hz refresh rate water drop notch display. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W rapid charging. The Realme C53 has an internal storage capacity of up to 128GB and up to 6GB of RAM.

Realme C53 Price and Availability in India

Realme C53’s starting price for the base 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is Rs. 9,999. For its 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, it costs Rs. 10,999. It will be available for purchase on and Flipkart on July 26 beginning at 12:00 IST in the colour Champion Golden and Champion Black.

Realme is holding an early bird sale from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. IST today. Customers who will use their ICICI, SBI, or HDFC credit cards to buy the Realme C53 will receive an Rs. 500 discount.

Realme C53 Specifications

The dual SIM (nano) Realme C53 has a 6.74-inch display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 percent, a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, and a brightness of 560 nits. Realme C53 is powered by Android 13 and runs Realme UI T Edition. It has an unidentified octa-core 12nm chipset with a maximum clock speed of 1.82GHz, up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and an ARM Mali-G57 GPU. The new Realme C- series smartphone’s usable RAM may virtually be increased to 12GB.

The Realme C53 has a dual rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 108 megapixels and AI support. It is stated to be the first smartphone in the segment to receive a 108-megapixel sensor. The smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It has onboard storage of up to 128GB, which can be expanded via a microSD card to a maximum of 2TB.

The Realme C53 has 4G, GPS/AGPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, a 3.5mm headphone socket, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity. An accelerometer, magnetic sensor, light sensor, gyro meter sensor, and proximity sensor are available in the new Realme C53 smartphone.
