The final match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 took place today, November 13, between England and Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne. The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is famous for the bounce and balance that helps spinners take wickets.
The final match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 begins at 1.30 PM IST. After 1992, now in 2022, Pakistan and England were again found playing together in the final of the T20 World Cup. England won the last World Cup in 2010 and Pakistan won the World Cup in 2009. Both teams faced each other in the final match after showing excellent performances in their respective semi-final matches.

England’s continuous successful effort took them to the finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022.

England worked hard from the beginning, but due to their tight fielding, Pakistan could not set the target of more scores. Ben Stokes completed his half-century and played a big hand in England’s victory. Adil Rashid performed brilliantly, conceding only 22 runs in four overs and taking 2 wickets of which one wicket was a maiden. England bowled brilliantly in the last over, it was their AIM that Pakistan could not cross 150 runs. Looking at Sam Karan’s superb bowling, he was awarded the Player of the Match and Player of the Tournament awards. Out of all the matches for the Pakistan side, the performance in the final match was sluggish. No batsman scored a half-century in the final match. Pakistan made only 137 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs.
