  1. Take 2-3 amla, wash them, and cut into 3 pieces and remove the seeds from them.
  2. Then grind them and add some sugar powder and salt in it.
  3. Then your amla juice concentrate is ready. You can store it in a refrigerator. 
  4. Whenever you want to make amla juice then add two spoons of amla juice concentrate and some cardamom powder. 
  5. Now your amla juice is ready to drink.

You can also eat amla as amla murabba, amla candy, amla pickle, and amla chutney.

Amla juice has some side effects also if it is consumed in more quantity as constipation, hyperacidity, low blood, and sugar level, and dehydration can occur. So take it in an appropriate quantity only.
