Hyundai Introduces New Verna, Know what is new in it

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched an updated version 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift (2020 Verna facelift) of its popular car Verna in India. The company has launched the updated Verna in 5 trims – S, S +, SX, SX (O) and SX (O) Turbo. The company has also made mechanical upgrades along with some cosmetic changes to the 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift car. The car has an engine with BS6 fuel emission standards. The look of the new car is more stylish than before. Many new and updated features have been given in it. The South Korean auto manufacturer had already started pre-bookings of the 2020 Hyundai Verna facelift. This car can be booked by paying an amount of Rs 25,000.

DESIGN

There will not be much change in the car overall. However, the front look of the car has been changed a lot. The car will get a new cascading grille, LED headlamps with a chrome finish. There will also be LED taillamps and new bumpers in the rear of the car. New dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels and silver door handles can be seen in the updated car.

FEATURES

Apart from this, there will be some changes in the cabin of the new Verna facelift. The Verna facelift features advanced blue link connectivity. Through this, customers will be able to use Blue Link’s connected car service remotely. The Blue Link technology will provide 45 connected car features under Safety, Security, Remote Access, Vehicle Relationship Management, Location-Based Service, and Artificial Intelligence category. Apart from this, the car will feature digital clusters with color TFT, front ventilated seats, emergency stop signal, wireless phone charger, echo coating, rear USB charger, and Arkamys premium sound system.

ENGINE

The 2020 Verna facelift will get a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder GDI turbo petrol engine. The company gave this engine for the first time in Venue (Venue), a car launched last year. The company has also used this engine in Grand i10 Nios and Aura. The New Verna will also get a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch transmission) like the venue model. The 6-speed manual gearbox will be standing there.

Parts of the new Verna’s engine have also been incorporated into the company’s second-generation Creta. In such a situation, a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder petrol, and 1.5-liter, a 4-cylinder diesel engine will also be made available in the car. The 6-speed manual gearbox will be standard with both engine options. At the same time, petrol will also be available with 6-speed IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission) and diesel will have 6-speed automatic transmission.

PRICE
