SCOPE 2018 – A Student Career Orientation Program in Education started by OURS Academy for the students of class 9^th to 12^th under which they are providing career awareness tips to the students. Er. Manmohan Singla is doing seminars in schools and motivating the students for their bright future. While speaking in AAROHI MODEL SCHOOL , GHIRAI , he said career awareness is very important and it is much more important for rural students who are not aware of new areas of study and options after high school and senior secondary.

He motivated them by saying that a person should always have a target and then hit the goal if he wants to achieve success in his life. Various mind games were done on students to know their caliber and interest during the session.
