Yesterday on June 5, UPSC- Union Public service commission released the revised annual exam calendar for the year 2020 on its official website.  Earlier, UPSC postponed all UPSC Exam Dates 2020 due to the corona virus.

Now according to new dates released by UPSC, UPSC Civil Services and IFS preliminary examinations will be conducted on October 4, 2020, and UPSC civil services (Mains) will be conducted on January 8, 2021. UPSC civil services exam was going to be held on May 31 but postponed due to the global pandemic.

This year only one entrance exam for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy will be held.  According to a note in the UPSC calendar “A common examination for both NDA& NA Exam (I) and NDA & NA Exam (II), 2020 will be held on 06.09.2020,”.
Also, Personality Tests for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2019 for remaining candidates are being resumed from 20-07-2020. Candidates will be informed individually, UPSC notified.
