UGC-NET June 2020 Registration begins, apply online till 16 April

National Testing Agency has released the UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) June 2020 examination notification on its official website: https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/

The registration process has started from yesterday. Eligible candidates can apply on the official website till 16 April 2020. The application will be accepted through online mode only. The last date for submitting the fees is 17 April 2020. The admit card will be released on the website on 15 May 2020 and the exam will be held from 15 June 2020 to 20 June 2020. The National Eligibility Test examination is going to be conducted in computer-based mode. The result of the examination will be declared on the website on 5 July 2020.

To apply online, follow the given steps:

Step 1: For Online registration, use active email Id and Mobile No.

Step 2: Fill the Application form and note the system generated Application No.

Step 3: Upload scanned image of Applicant (file size: 10 kb – 200 kb) and Applicant’s Sign (file size: 4kb – 30kb) in JPG/JPEG format only.

Step 4: Pay fee using SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Paytm and keep proof of fees paid.

Fee Structure:

For General: 1000/- Rs.

For Gen-EWS/ OBC-NCL: 500/- Rs.

For SC/ST/PWD/ Transgender: 250/- Rs.

Important Dates:

Online Submission of Application Form: 16 March to 16 April 2020

Last date for Fee Submission: 17 April 2020

Correction in Form: 18 April to 24 April 2020

Download Admit Card from the website: 15 May 2020

Date of Exam: 15 June to 20 June 2020

Duration of Examination: 3 Hours (180 minutes)

Shift of Examination: Morning Shift (9.30 am to 12.30 pm)

          Evening Shift (2.30 pm to 5.30 pm)

Result Declaration on the website: 5 July 2020
