University of Georgia

UGA was founded in the year 1785. The main campus of the university comprised of more than 450 buildings situated in Athens, Georgia. It has two other small campuses which are located in Tifton and Griffin. It has a total of 16 colleges and schools. The university is recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).

Georgia Institute of Technology

Georgia Institute of Technology is also known as Georgia Tech or GT. Georgia Tech is one of the best public institutions for higher studies in Georgia. It was founded in the year 1885 as the Georgia School of technology. Georgia tech is situated in Atlanta Georgia and offers undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate level courses in various disciplines. It is comprised of six colleges with many satellite campuses.

Emory University

Emory University is one of the oldest and prestigious institutions of higher education in Georgia. Emory University is a private university that was founded in the year 1836. It was founded by Methodist Episcopal Church. Emory University is named after Methodist bishop John Emory. Formerly, it was known as Emory College. Georgia State University is commonly referred to as GSU. Georgia State University is one of the largest public institutions for higher education in Georgia. It was founded in the year 1913. Georgia State University in Georgia is one of the four research universities in the University System of Georgia located in Atlanta, Georgia. Savannah College of Art and Design

Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with the motto of “Art is long, life is short” is a private educational institution. Savannah College of Art and Design is located in Savannah, (Georgia), Atlanta (Georgia), and Lacoste (France). The university was established in the year 1978. The founders of the university are Richard G. Rowan, Paula S. Wallace, May L. Poetter and Paul E. Poetter.

Georgia College & State University is commonly referred to as Georgia College (GC) is a public liberal arts university in Georgia. Georgia College & State University was founded in the year 1889 as Georgia Normal and Industrial College but gained university status “public liberal arts university” in 1996. This university is a part of the University System of Georgia. It is situated in Milledgeville, Georgia state in the United States. It has four colleges and offers various courses at undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate levels.

Augusta University
