Bollywood is all set for another horror-comedy adventure! Soham Rockstar Entertainment and Three Dimension Motion Pictures have officially announced their upcoming film, ‘The Bhootnii’, starring Sanjay Dutt and Mouni Roy. Palak Tiwari, Sunny Singh, Beyounick, and Aasif Khan are also joining them in this exciting project.

The announcement video was released on Maha Shivratri, making it extra special. Directed by newcomer Sidhaant Sachdev, the film was first planned in 2022 under the name ‘The Virgin Tree’.

The Bhootnii teaser starts with Sanjay Dutt reciting a powerful verse from the Bhagavad Gita, talking about the indestructibility of the soul. The film’s story revolves around a mysterious haunted tree and a love story that unfolds beneath it. The promo also hints at strong religious themes, making it a unique mix of horror, comedy, and action.
