Danny and Michael Philippou are coming to theatres with an intense thriller, Bring Her Back, which takes horror and psychological suspense to a new level.

The teaser starts with a haunting scene, showing a desperate character on a mission to save someone they love. But as they dig deeper, they uncover terrifying supernatural forces beyond their control.

The movie follows a brother and sister who, while living in a foster home, discover dark rituals that summon supernatural entities. Towards the end of the teaser, we see actress Sally Hawkins pressing a bloody hand against a window, looking pale and lifeless, adding to the film’s eerie feel.

The cast includes Sally Hawkins, Billy Barratt, Sora Wong, Jonah Wren Phillips, Sally-Anne Upton, Stephen Phillips, and Liam Damons. Bring Her Back is produced by Kristina Ceyton and Samantha Jennings under A24, in collaboration with multiple production houses, including Causeway Films and Sony Pictures.

Danny and Michael Philippou co-wrote the script with Bill Hinzman. The movie was mostly filmed in Australia, the directors’ home country.

Sony Pictures Entertainment India will release Bring Her Back in Indian theatres soon. Meanwhile, the U.S. release is set for May 30, 2025.
