A seminar on How to use Business Analytics in Digital Marketing was organized by Jugaadin Digital Services Pvt Ltd on July 28, 2023, at HiDM-Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing. The seminar was conducted by Monika Boora, a second-year MBA student at HSB, GJU, and an intern at Jugaadin Digital Services Pvt Ltd under the guidance of her mentor Manmohan Singla, one of India’s best digital marketing professionals and CEO and founder of Jugaadin Digital Services Pvt Ltd.

The highlights of the seminar are, What is Business Analytics, Types of Business Analytics, Importance of Business Analytics in Digital Marketing, Scope and Case Study. Also, the host covered the types of Business Analytics Descriptive Analytics, Diagnostic Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, and Cognitive Analytics.

In the seminar, the host discussed the role of business analytics in digital marketing and how to use business analytics in digital marketing. Monika also covered topics such as performance measurement, market research, strategy development, A/B testing and experimentation, reporting, and presentation.

In the last, a case study of Lenskart company was discussed and the host asked questions related to the topic and also cleared all the doubts of the audience.
