RYAN HARRIS JOINS DELHI CAPITALS TEAM IN DREAM 11 IPL 2020 AS BOWLING COACH

Former Australian fast bowler Ryan Harris has joined Delhi Capitals as the bowling coach ahead of Dream 11 IPL 2020. Ryan Harris replaces James Hopes, who had been originally appointed in the role but not able to attend the tournament due to some personal reasons.

Ryan Harris the 40-year-old man has excellent coaching experience, served in a high-performance role in the National Cricket Centre (NCC) in Brisbane Heat, and later with the senior men’s team. In the T-20 circuit, Ryan Harris has served as a bowling coach with the Brisbane Heat. He also served in a similar capacity at Kings XI Punjab in Vivo IPL 2019. He now joins a Delhi Capitals support staff leading by compatriot Ricky Ponting and also including Mohammad Kaif, Vijay Dahiya, and Samuel Badree.

Harris tweeted “I am very excited to be a part of the Delhi Capital family and looking forward to another great IPL season! Can’t wait to get there and get started Dream 11 IPL 2020

Harris had a short but impactful career across the 51 internationals he played for the Australia team. He is also an IPL champion, having won the prestigious tournament with the Deccan Chargers (DC) in the year 2009.
