2. Sunderban Mangrove Forest

The Sundarbans mangrove forest is one among the most important forests within the world and UNESCO World Heritage Site lies on the delta of the Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna rivers on the Bay of Bengal. It’s adjacent to the border of India but a major part of it lies in Bangladesh. 4. Paharpur Buddhist Bihar

Paharpur Buddhist Bihar called Sompura Mohavihara is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and also the largest known Buddhist monastery in the south of the Himalayas. It has been excavated in the 8th century A.D covering a bit of 27 acres of land. The architecture of the building is inspired by the architecture of Myanmar.

5. Bandarban

The place is home to over 13 different indigenous groups of Islands lies on Sangu River. The river is the center of local life as most of the people here depend on it for their livelihood and also a good place to have a boat cruise ride. 11. Barisal

Gaud, pronounced Gour may be a site of historical importance located within the India-Bangladesh border was a medieval kingdom that reached great heights in the Pre-Muslim and Muslim eras from the 12th-14th centuries. it had been the capital of the whole of Bengal at the time of the Buddhist Pala dynasty during the 7th-12th century. 13. Bagerhat
