NATA 2021 Second test postponed; now exam in July

Due to rising COVID cases in the country, The Council of Architecture (CoA) has postponed the second test for NATA 2021 scheduled for June 12. The NATA 2021 second examination shall now be held on July 11.

The official notification reads,” “In view of the severity of the second wave of COVID-19 and subsequent lockdowns being imposed in several states/ UTs in the country for containment of pandemic, it has been decided by the competent authority of the Council of Architecture that second test of NATA 2021 examination shall now be held on July 11 instead of the earlier scheduled date of June 12, 2021.”

Furthermore, ”the revised NATA brochure with revised important dates for the Second test shall be uploaded shortly on NATA website WWW.nata.in and as well as on the website of the council WWW.coa.gov.in. The NATA portal shall remain open to facilitate students applying for registration for the Second Test.”

NATA 2021 first exam already held on April 10 and for which results have also been released.

About NATA Exam

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the candidate for a specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity, and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to the specific field of study, i.e. Architecture.
