Motorola a well-known smartphone maker company has finally launched its new Motorola Edge series globally. This series consists of two new flagship smartphones the Motorola Edge and Edge +. Both the phones are launched in an online Motorola Flagship launch e-vent which was held on Wednesday, April 22nd. Both smartphones have a punch-hole design camera and a triple rear camera setup. The waterfall display has been given in both smartphones which gives them a beautiful premium look.

Motorola company held an online event to launch these smartphones and the reason behind the online event is due to outbreak of coronavirus. Due to the virus outbreak the company was not able to host a physical event.

Motorola Edge and Edge Plus Price

If we talk about the price, then the price of the Motorola Edge + (12 GB and 256 GB RAM) storage variant is set at $999 (nearly 76,400 INR). However, the company has not revealed the price of Motorola Edge.

Motorola Edge + will be available from 24th May in the US. Apart from this, the Motorola Edge smartphone will be available in two color variant options, Solar Black and Midnight Magenta.

Motorola Edge and Edge Plus features & specs

Motorola Edge: Motorola Edge has a 6.7-inch Full HD Plus OLED display, which has a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Also, this smartphone has 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 SoC chipset. At the same time, this smartphone works on Android 10 out-of-the-stock.

Talking about the camera, this smartphone has a triple rear camera setup, which has 64-megapixel primary lens, 16-megapixel wide-angle lens, and 8-megapixel telephoto lens. Apart from this, the front of this phone has a 25-megapixel selfie.

Talking about the connectivity, then this smartphone has 5G enabled connectivity, 5.0 Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS and USB port Type-C have been given.

Apart from this, this smartphone has a battery life of 4,500mAh, which is equipped with an 18W TurboPower charging feature.

Motorola Edge +: Motorola Edge Plus has a 6.7-inch Full HD Plus OLED display, which has a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Also, this smartphone has 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC chipset. At the same time, this smartphone works on the Android 10 operating system.

Talking about the camera, then this smartphone has a triple rear camera setup, which has 108-megapixel primary lens, 16-megapixel wide-angle lens, and 8-megapixel telephoto lens. Apart from this, the front of this phone has a 25-megapixel selfie.

The company has given 5G connectivity in this phone, 5.0 Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, and USB port Type-C on this smartphone.

Apart from this, users have got 5,000mAh battery in this smartphone, which is equipped with 18W fast charging and 15W wireless charging feature.
