Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India announced the launch of the new Range Rover Velar in India on Wednesday, with prices starting at Rs. 79.87 lakh (ex-showroom). On the Ingenium 2.0 l petrol and diesel powertrains, the Range Rover Velar is now available in the R-Dynamic S grade.

VELAR SPECIFICATIONS

A 2.0-liter petrol and a 2.0-liter diesel engine power the new Velar, while the former produces roughly 246 hp and 365 Nm of peak torque, the diesel engine produces 201 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque. Velar comes with Torque-on-Demand All-Wheel Drive (AWD), Terrain Response 2, and a slew of other driver-assistance features.

3D Surround Camera, Electronic Air Suspension, Cabin Air Ionization with PM2.5 filter, and new Pivi Pro infotainment system are among the new features available on the upgraded Velar.

Entertainment and air conditioning are handled by a 10-inch primary touchscreen and a second 10-inch touchscreen beneath it. With its upright stance, the Velar is obviously a Range Rover, but it also has its own distinct features. The R Dynamic trim, with its burnished copper bumper highlights, bonnet vents, and side vents, is designed to attract attention.
