After that, India batted slowly and set a target of 184 runs in 20 overs. Virat Kohli scored the highest unbeaten 64 runs in the match for India. Apart from Kohli, KL Rahul scored 50 runs in 32 balls for India.

Bangladesh started well from the beginning. Bangladesh had to score 185 runs to win the match, but due to rain, they got a target of 151 runs in 16 overs. They could only manage 145 runs for six wickets in 16 overs. Hasan Mahmood took three wickets and Shakib Al Hasan took two wickets for Bangladesh.
