HiDM’s third phase of Digital Marketing Seminar Fest 2023 has started on Nov 3. Every Year, the HiDM seminar fest is organized by the institute’s students. In this fest, digital marketing students present seminars on different topics of digital marketing under the guidance of one of the best digital marketing professionals in India, Er. Manmohan Singla. The seminar on the role of AI in E-commerce was held at HiDM.

The seminar was presented by Vishakha Aggarwal (HiDM Student). She explained,” AI can enhance the search experience on e-commerce websites based on customer search behavior and purchase history. AI algorithms can propose products relevant to the customer’s interests and can lead to higher conversion rates and increased revenue for e-commerce businesses. Other topics that Vishakha discussed were various models of e-commerce, the Role of AI in e-commerce and the pros & cons of AI in e-commerce.

In the end, a short question-answer session was also held in which students asked their doubts and host Vishakha solved them.
