To mark Children’s Day, Gobind Nursing Home is organising a Free Eye Screening Camp for children on November 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lahoria School, Hisar.

The initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of early eye check-ups among children and to identify vision problems at an early stage. The camp will be led by Dr. Ripan Kaur Kamra (MBBS, MS Ophthalmology), a renowned eye specialist associated with Gobind Nursing Home.

During the camp, children will undergo a comprehensive eye screening, and parents will receive expert advice on maintaining proper eye health for their kids. The event emphasises the importance of healthy vision in a child’s overall development.

Dr. Kamra stated that regular eye check-ups are crucial for detecting refractive errors and other vision-related issues early on, which can significantly improve learning outcomes and quality of life for children.

Also, Gobind Nursing Home, in collaboration with Veda Hospital, is organising an eye camp at Bherian village on November 21.
