Gadar 2: The Katha Continues is an upcoming movie of Actor Sunny Deol and Actress Ameesha Patel. It is a sequel of the film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha which was released in 2001. Gadar 2 is an action drama film. 

Sunny Deol shared the Gadar 2 Teaser on his Instagram account captioning, ‘Tara Singh is Back’.

In Gadar 2, Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma are shown in the lead roles. Sunny Deol is playing the role of Tara Singh, Ameesha Patel as Sakeena (Tara Singh’s wife) &  Utkarsh Sharma as Charanjeet “Jeete” Singh, Tara & Sakeena’s son. Gadar 2 is Directed and Produced by Anil Sharma. 

In the Gadar 2 Teaser, it is shown that a woman is declaring Tara Singh as the ‘Damaad of Pakistan’. “Use naariyal do, teeka lagao. Warna Is baar dahej mei vo Lahore le jaaega”. Tara Singh is seen coming out of the crowd and hitting some of the Pakistanis by throwing a wheel towards them. The teaser ends with Teri Meri Ek Jind Di music playing in the background and sunny deol sitting and crying alone on the screen.  The teaser was released on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.

Gadar 2: The Katha Continues is ready to hit the screen on 11th August 2023.
