On Tuesday, Dec 12, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the date sheets for Class 10 and 12 board exams 2024 on its official website, cbse.gov.in. The examination for both classes is scheduled to begin on February 15, 2024.

On the first day, the examination will be held in two sessions: from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 10.30 pm to 2.30 pm. On other days, it will be held in one, two, three, and four sessions.

In the circular released, CBSE has said that while preparing the date sheet, they have taken care of the following things:

1. A sufficient Gap has been given between the two subjects
2. Competitive examinations, including JEE MAIN have been taken care of while preparing the date sheet for class XII.
3. These date sheets have been prepared by avoiding more than 40, 000 subjects combinations to ensure that no two subject examination of a student falls on the same place.
4. The time of the start of the examination will be at 10:30 AM
5. Date-sheet is issued much in advance so that students can prepare well for their examinations.
