NEET EXAM: Barred Items and Dress Code

Aspirants those who have applied for NEET 2019 are now following last minute tips but before entering into the examination hall, there are few things that they should keep in mind. NEET exam is on 05th May, 2019. Students must know that there are few things that are barred to take in the examination hall and they are advised to follow a certain dress code to stop any unfair means.

The candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory screening before entering the examination centre with the help of highly sensitive metal detectors. Anyone who is not following the dress code and norms will be disqualified from the exam.

The list of barred items includes:

Students are not allowed to carry any stationery item like books, calculators, pendrives, eraser, scale, log tables, scanner, electronic pens etc.

To stop the students from doing cheating, all the communication devices like mobile phones, pager, Microphones, Bluetooth and health bands are not allowed in the examination hall.

Candidates are also not allowed to wear any accessories or ornaments during the exam like watches, wallet, handbags, belt, bracelet, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain, Necklace, Pendants, Badge, Brooch and any other metallic item.

Any eatable and water bottle is also not allowed to enter with.

Apart from all these things, candidates are advised to come in a dress code following Light clothes with half sleeves, Salwar, Trouser, Slippers, sandals with low heels. No full sleeves shirt and shoes are allowed to wear.
