Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference to take place on June 7, 2021, virtually

Apple has announced that the 2021 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) going to held in an online format as the last year. The online event will begin on June 7 and it is totally free for all iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS developers.

WWDC21 is an opportunity for developers to learn about the new technologies, tools, and frameworks they rely on to build innovative and platform-differentiating apps and games.

Apple also announced the Swift Student Challenge, which is an opportunity for the developer students to take part in the conference and showcase their love of coding by creating its own Swift playground has started the application process.

According to the official blog, Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations and Enterprise and Education Marketing said, “We love bringing our developers together each year at WWDC to learn about our latest technologies and to connect them with Apple engineers. We are working to make WWDC21 our biggest and best yet, and are excited to offer Apple developers new tools to support them as they create apps that change the way we live, work, and play.”

The Worldwide Developer Conference 2021 will be a huge opportunity for millions of creative and innovative developers around the globe. Developers can take an active part in the conference and get early access to the future of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS and can learn from the Apple Engineers as they work to create app experiences that enrich the lives of Apple customers around the globe.
