UGC NET Exam is a national level exam conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) to determine the eligibility of the candidate for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship in Indian universities and colleges. National Testing Agency conducts the NET exam twice in a year, in the month of June and December. 

UGC NET Exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 consists of 50 questions that are designed to test the knowledge of environmental science, computer, reasoning ability, reading comprehension, and general awareness of the candidate whereas, Paper 2 contains 100 questions that are based on the subject selected by the candidate.
