UPSC has begun the application for the Combined Medical Service Exam 2024. Interested candidates can apply for the UPSC Combined Medical Service Exam 2024 on the official site of UPSC. Moreover, the last date to apply for the exam is 30th April 2024. The Correction window will open from 1st May to 7th May, Thus candidate has to visit between these dates for correction. The UPSC Combined Medical Service Exam 2024 will be conducted on 14th July 2024.

Additionally, candidates must not exceed 32 years of age as of August 1, 2024

1. Candidates have to register on the One Time Registration Portal by clicking the New Registration button.
2. Enter basic details for example Name, Father name, Mother name, DOB, Board Exam roll no, email ID, security question, etc.
3. After successful registration, a candidate has to log in by entering a mobile number email ID, or OTR number.
4. Then, Go to the latest notification tab in One Time Registration application
5. Finally, the candidate can apply for a desirable Examination.

Examination for UPSC CMS 2024 will be conducted in the following structure.

1. Written Exam(500 marks)

Includes topics such as General Surgery, Urological Surgery, Neuro Surgery, and Otorhinolaryngology in Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Family Planning in Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and various aspects of Preventive Social and Community Medicine.

2. Personality Test(100 marks)
   The personality test contains 100 marks for those candidates who will pass the written examination.

1. Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service: 163 posts

2. Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways: 450 posts

3. General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council: 14 posts

4. General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in Municipal Corporation of Delhi: 200 posts

Application Fee for UPSC Combined Medical Service Exam 2024

Candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 200/.They can either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash by using the net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment. On the other hand Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
