<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Dr. Amit Saini, Best orthopedician and knee replacement surgeon in Hisar</strong> suggests that “<strong>Osteoporosis can be prevented by taking a healthy diet and nutrients; it may reduce bone loss.</strong> He is suggesting some ways through which bone mass density can be maintained and a person can enjoy a happy life without feeling pain in bones and joints.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">1. <strong>Take plenty of calcium and vitamin D</strong>: For bones to be strong and flexible, <strong>calcium-rich diet is necessary and for the absorption of calcium, vitamin D is essential.</strong> Good sources of calcium include dairy products, almonds, broccoli, kale, salmon, sardines and soy products. <p class="has-medium-font-size">2. <strong>Be physically active:</strong> <strong>a person should walk, run, dance, do yoga and aerobics on a regular basis for at least 30 minutes a day</strong> to keep bones healthy and strong. A physically active person is at less risk of getting osteoporosis as compared to less active. </p>

Thus, people having different experiences related to pain, it can be classified into two forms mainly, Acute and Chronic Pain. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Acute</strong> is that form of pain that occurs suddenly and lasts for a short period only. It can occur when an injury occurs to tissue, bone or muscle whereas chronic pain lasts longer and occurs due to some long term illness. It can be due to tissue damage also. </p>

can reduce some pain of the person suffering from joint pain. He should not go
for harsh exercises as it can cause more damage to the tissues and ligaments.
Brisk walking can ease mobility and reduce pain too.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Have a Nutritional diet</strong>: Consuming calcium and the right quotient of Vitamin D can help to improve the muscle strength. Thus, to maintain muscle strength, proper dietary requirements should be taken. Dairy products are the best sources of calcium, but other options are green, leafy vegetables like broccoli and kale.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Watch the Posture</strong>: Sitting, walking, standing and lying posture of an individual affects the joint health as the wrong posture will pressurize them in the wrong direction. Thus, we should maintain the right posture to prevent joint pain.</p>

Every young and adult is facing ache in the spine or lower back. It is a chronic issue about which we don’t take preventive measures on a daily basis. If we work on our body posture daily, follow the proper way of sitting, waking and sleeping, the chances of lowering the back pain are higher.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Maintaining a good posture is quite necessary for the ligaments, bones, and muscles to work smoothly, otherwise, they become hard and stiff and causes pain. If it continues for a long time, then it may cause deformity of the spine. </p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Therefore, maintaining a good posture only requires some of the easy steps that every individual should follow:</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">1. Straighten the body: whether you are sitting or standing, always do it straightly. Working on the desk for long hours is tiring and sometimes you slay down on your chair, which is not right for the body. Do keep your body straight and shoulders back and head up. When getting tired from the work, do a brisk walk for refreshing yourself.</p>
