An impressive seminar on Empowering Communication for the Modern Workplace was organised at the Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing. Garima Bhayana, a communication consultant, led the seminar.

In the seminar, Garima Bhayana told the students about the essential tips for success in interviews, communication skills and techniques for effective conversation in the workplace. She told the students that in today’s corporate world, not just technical knowledge, but clear and confident communication is the key to success.

She said, “Communication is not just limited to speaking or listening, it is the identity of your personality. An effective communication not only clarifies your thoughts, but also reflects your confidence, leadership ability and teamwork.”

In the seminar, special emphasis was laid on how a good communication skill not only leads to success in interviews but also help in maintaining harmony in office culture, understanding clients, and establishing better coordination with the team.

The special thing about the seminar was that Garima not only focused on theory, but also made the students realise the power of communication through interactive fun activities.

These activities not only kept the students engaged in the seminar but also prepared them to face the challenges of communication in real life.
