In Hisar, the much awaited award distribution event of the year 2023, i.e. Rising Personality Award 2023 was held on 21st of August, 2023 at Goldy’s Restaurant. The Rising Personality award ceremony was organized by RSN Express for honoring those individuals who have proven themselves as masters in their respective field.The award is not just a symbol of recognition, it is about inspiring others to strive for excellence.

The Rising Personality Award was given to visionaries, social workers, entrepreneurs, and Educationists who revolutionized the industry with innovation. The award was given to celebrate their hard work and to acknowledge the path these extraordinary people leave for others to follow. 

Celebrity guest Ram Teri Ganga Maili fame Bollywood Actress Mandakini ji gave the awards. Arun Garg (C.E.O, Anmol Steel PVT. Ltd. Govt of India), Advocate Surender Gangwa, Tarun Jain (District Treasurer BJP, Hisar) were also present and acknowledged the importance of awards.
