Pakistan’s comedy king Umer Sharif died in Germany, he was 66

Local media reported on Saturday that veteran comedian Umer Sharif had died in Germany. The well-known artist was on his way to the United States for medical treatment. He was 66 years old at the time.
Soon after his death was announced, many musicians and celebrities took to social media to express their condolences to his family. Sharif went to the United States for medical treatment via air ambulance, but his health deteriorated and he was transferred to a hospital in Germany.

Sharif began his career as a theatre performer at the age of 14 in 1974, and in 1980, he launched his first audio recordings. The performer was a TV, stage, and film director.
