Kawasaki launched its new speed beast in the Indian market, named the Kawasaki Ninja 650. This bike costs 7.91 lakh in India (ex-showroom). In the international market, it has colour, but in India, it comes in lime green paint with white and blue graphics. The international market also has a matte grey and black scheme.

The 2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650 launched with some improvements. This sports bike now has a 4.3-inch TFT screen that supports smartphone connectivity, and it incorporates LED lighting, traction control with two modes, dual throttle valves, and ABS for added safety.

The 2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650 seeks power from the existing 649 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. This unit puts out 67 bhp at 8,000 rpm and offers a peak torque of 64 Nm while revving at 6,700 rpm. The power is transferred to the wheel using a 6-speed transmission functioning with an assist-and-slipper clutch. This bike has Light handling and also increased passenger comfort with wider sidewalls.
