Hisar, March 8:
On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, the JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation) Hisar Chapter enthusiastically organised a Car Rally to promote women’s empowerment and health awareness. The rally was led entirely by women, symbolising confidence, leadership, and the growing role of women in society.

The rally commenced from the main parking area of Sector-33, Hisar, and passed through various markets of the city before concluding at the parking area of Metropolis Mall. The most remarkable highlight of the event was that every vehicle in the rally was driven by women, delivering a powerful message of empowerment and equality.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Shalini, President of the Women’s Wing of JITO Hisar Chapter, said that the rally aimed to inspire new energy, confidence, and awareness among women. She added that the initiative was also organised to spread awareness about Cancer and Thalassemia, two critical health concerns affecting many lives today.

Following the rally, a Health Awareness Session was organised at Mustard By Midtown, where renowned medical experts Dr Lavnish Goyal, Dr Harish Sharma, Dr Meenakshi Bansal, and Dr Nidhi Mehta addressed the participants. The doctors provided valuable insights into different types of cancer and thalassemia, explaining their causes, prevention methods, early detection, and treatment options. They also answered several health-related questions raised by members, helping clear their doubts and encouraging proactive healthcare.

On the occasion, Mr Ashish Jain, President of JITO Hisar Chapter, shared that the Hisar Chapter of JITO was officially launched on January 31, and organising this rally on Women’s Day was a meaningful way to celebrate and encourage the strength and contribution of women in society.

He further highlighted that JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation) is committed to social welfare, economic empowerment, and the spread of knowledge, and actively works toward promoting education, employment opportunities, community service, and social development initiatives.
