The much-awaited horror film Chhorii 2, featuring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead, is set to premiere on Prime Video on April 11. A sequel to the 2021 hit Chhorii, the film continues Sakshi’s (Nushrratt’s character) terrifying journey as she faces supernatural horrors and societal evils.

Directed by Vishal Furia, Chhorii 2 takes the fear factor up a notch with an intense and suspenseful storyline. Actress Soha Ali Khan joins the franchise in a significant role alongside Gashmeer Mahajani, Saurabh Goyal, Pallavi Ajay, Kuldeep Sareen, and Hardika Sharma.

Vikram Malhotra, CEO of Abundantia Entertainment, shared that the success of Chhorii proved that horror movies connect deeply with audiences when backed by a strong story and eerie atmosphere. The sequel will be darker, more intense, and packed with unexpected twists, making it even more thrilling.

Manish Menghani, Director of Content Licensing at Prime Video India, added that Chhorii 2 will push the horror genre forward with a gripping storyline, spine-chilling visuals, and folklore elements that make it stand out.

Produced by T-Series, Abundantia Entertainment, Psych, and Tamarisk Lane, Chhorii 2 will be available for streaming exclusively on Prime Video from April 11.
