Arthritis- a common word and common problem we usually heard from people. Arthritis is termed as inflammation of joints. The body shows certain symptoms if experiences arthritis-like pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduced range of motion. A person having arthritis can feel pain doing joint movements.

The typical treatment of arthritis involves painkilling and inflammation-reducing medications but some research shows that physical therapy, lifestyle changes, and changing food habits can make a big impact on how severely you experience arthritis symptoms.

6. Lower the AGE: AGE stands for the advanced glycation end product is basically a toxin that appears when a portion of food is heated, grilled, and pasteurized. The human body fights against these AGEs using cytokines, which are inflammatory messengers.

7. White Flour: Refined wheat products, such as white bread, activate the body’s inflammatory response. That’s why eating a lot of processed cereals, and grain products could make your pain worsen.
