Shershah Trailer: Witness the incredible story of Kargil War Hero Captain Vikram Batra

The trailer of the much-awaited war biopic Shershaah, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani is released now. Shershaah movie is based on the story of Kargil War martyr Captain Vikram Batra. Captain Batra, had code-name Shershaah, fought till his last breath, and his heroism contributed immensely country in winning the Kargil War in 1999.
The Shershah trailer is launched just ahead of Kargil Divas on July 26. On Twitter, the trailer was launched by Akshay Kumar, who wrote, “What tribute can a reel hero give to a real hero. Except that your sacrifice inspired us for life, Param Vir Chakra Awardee Captain Vikram Batra! Honored to share my birthday with you. Sharing the trailer of #Shershaah, the story of your heroic sacrifice.”
Sidharth Malhotra who acts as Vikram Batra also shared the Shershah trailer on his Twitter handle with the caption, “Captain Vikram Batra reporting on duty!

Shershah is directed by Vishnu Varadhan, also features Shiv Pandit, Pranay Pachauri, Raj Arjun, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Anil Charanjeett, Nikitin Dheer, Sahil Vaid, Shataf Figar, and Pawan Chopra in pivotal roles. Shershaah is jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment. It will premiere on Amazon Prime on August 12, 2021, ahead of the Independence Day weekend.
