To guide 12th-class commerce students about the complete CA course, Rakesh Sharma, the Director of one of the best institutes for CA Coaching in India took up the career counselling seminar on the schools’ premises.

The webinar was organized for 12^th class commerce students who aspire to join CA course but lack essential information about it.

Rakesh Sharma, Director, Paras Institute of Commerce Pvt Ltd, gave the detailed information on CA course. What is the right time to join CA foundation course, who can join CA course, Is CA difficult course to do, minimum age eligibility to do CA, and many more like questions asked by the participants were answered by the moderator Rakesh Sharma.

While briefing to media, “students across the country participated in the webinar and have asked number of questions. While answering the questions, I felt that there is much need of CA course counseling as course also have myths related to it to distract the students. I believe, parents should also take CA counseling so that they can guide and support their children to the right direction, said Rakesh Sharma.

 But the career is a very big decision of every child’s life journey on which his whole life depends, so as a counselor, Dr. Pooja Grover (Child Counselor and Life Coach) says that every child should know few things so that they can choose their career easily.

First of all, every child must recognize his strength and weakness, his potential, what is his unique strength.  It has been observed that children often get confused and say that –  this is my interest. But this does not mean that it can also be his potential because the interest varies with time and experience, but I. Q.  and aptitude does not change if he identifies it.  Your interest can also be your hobby.  Some children have difficulty recognizing their strength and weaknesses.  At that time, they should seek the help of professional counselors and can also take vocational guidance.

Vocational guidance consists of psychometric assessment in which some standard tests are to be given by children to analyze their intelligence, aptitude, interest, and personality.  On the basis of which two or three career options of the child are identified.

After that the second step is once options are identified try to find out the courses that are available related to that option, are those courses available in your city, India or Abroad.  It is also very important to know the admission process for that course, when the forms are out, when is the entrance, etc.  Along with this, the children should also know what are the complementary courses or alike courses available in that course.  You should keep a Plan B ready for yourself because, in today’s time, competition is very tough, if the student is not successful in Plan A, then he often falls into depression and takes any course for that he regrets later, but if the plan B is there, then he can choose from it.

The third step is to know your resources. There are only two things in resources. Firstly, how much time do you have to build your career and second, how much money your parents can spend on your career. 

In the last, you should know the Scope of the career you have chosen.  The scope is not something related to future salary and designation. Scope means how to maximize your ability and potential. In how many areas your potential can be applied because when the potential increases, the money, and designation automatically follows.

 If every child keeps these 4 things in mind, then he can definitely do a good career choice. Career affects not only professional life but also personal life.

He boasted the morale of students who are preparing for engineering and medical stream and also tell them the process of becoming an IAS officer. Sh. Vikrant, Chairman of Art and culture department Haryana, member of Youth and Sports Ministry, India and counselor of Labor and employment department also graced the program and encouraged the students for their bright future. He said” Choose whatever stream you want to enter wisely then give 100% to it. Explore the opportunities as much as you can.”

 The seminar developed awareness about different arenas of education. Er. Students are ambitious but they do not know how to proceed towards their goal in the cut-throat competition.

Some examples of mental disorders that are diagnosed during childhood include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD). Art Therapy

Play Therapy

The technique is used to treat the child of age 3 to 14. Play therapy is used to treat mental disorders such ODD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. It also involves a non-threatening form of communication in which toys represent words. As the name indicates, play therapy, it involves playing. Children engage in storytelling followed by identifying the feelings of characters in the story; role-playing with puppets as a form of feeling projection; and blowing bubbles to improve deep and controlled breathing. The therapist observes feelings and disturbing behavior.

Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

It helps parents and children who struggle with behavior problems or connection through real-time coaching sessions. Parents interact with their children while therapists guide families toward positive interactions.

Applied Behavior Analysis

Children with more severe mental challenges are treated with operant conditioning. This involves reinforcing a desired behavior in increments through cognitive-behavioral techniques.

It is very important to diagnose the problem in children and provide healing facility to them because if a child does not receive necessary care, the illness may continue into adulthood, creating high risk and issues.

Before making any decision, a student must be aware about himself. It means he should have known his strengths, weaknesses, skills, interest and aptitude towards a particular subject. He should ask questions to himself.  Do I have an interest in this subject?  Can I do well in this if I choose?

Always take guidance from the teachers, seniors, career counselors and parent as they are the ones who have experience and knowledge. Discuss your interest with them and try to find out the result. Never do according to words of other; always do you think you can give your best in. But a healthy discussion on career options will always pay you fruit.

Attend some career and education seminars which will give you an insight about the future trends, opportunities and required skills in a particular stream. It will help you to choose the right stream.
