The movie features Amit Sadh, Jim Sarbh, Anuvab Pal, Manjari Fadnnis, Ketaki Narayan, Sudeep Modak, Swapnil S., Rajit Kapur, and Abhishek Krishnan. Pune Highway is directed by Rahul da Cunha, Seema Mohapatra, and Jahanara Bhargava. The film will have a nationwide theatrical release on May 16, 2025, under the banner of Cinépolis India.
