The Hisar Institute of Digital Marketing (HIDM) recently conducted a dynamic and motivational seminar titled “Personality Tactics” on July 8, 2025 (Tuesday), at its campus in U.E.-2, Hisar. The event was graced by renowned motivational speaker Mr. Kapil Sidher, who engaged students with impactful lessons on success, personality development, career clarity, and resilience.

This seminar was expertly organized under the mentorship of Er. Manmohan Singla, the director of HIDM and a visionary leader in digital education. His initiative aims to provide students with not just academic knowledge but also practical life skills and emotional intelligence that are essential in today’s competitive world.

In his session, Mr. Kapil Sidher explained the fundamental differences between a job and entrepreneurship in the context of building wealth and a fulfilling life.
