The first teaser of much anticipated Drishyam 2- a sequel of the hit thriller released by Bollywood star Ajay Devgn today. With Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and Tabu are in the pivotal roles.

In the major part of the teaser, the makers recap what happened in the first film, including the murder and the efforts taken by Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn) to protect his family.

In the last few seconds of the teaser, a glimpse of a slightly older Vijay (Ajay Devgn) confessing his crime on camera is seen. The voice of Tabu can be heard in the background saying that if there is no other way to identify the offender as the perpetrator, the only way to catch them is through confession.

The 2015 movie Drishyam was a hit at the box office and garnered positive reviews for the actors’ work. After it is claimed that Vijay’s family has abducted and killed a senior police officer’s (Tabu) son, Vijay goes to great measures to defend his family.

Drishyam 2 is also a remake of the successful Mohanlal-starrer of the same name which was released last year. Drishyam 2 is directed by Abhishek Pathak and will release on November 18.
