Tata Motors is all set to launch the facelift version of its premium hatchback, Tata Altroz.  With this update, the Altroz is expected to get a refreshed design, enhanced features, and better value for money, making it even more appealing to Indian car buyers looking for a stylish yet practical vehicle.

The Tata Altroz has been a strong player in the premium hatchback segment since its launch, and this upcoming facelift is expected to build on that success. While official details are yet to be revealed, early reports suggest that the Altroz 2025 facelift will come with:

• Revised front grille and bumper design
  
• New alloy wheels and updated lighting elements 

• Improved interiors with new seat fabric, a larger touchscreen, and updated dashboard styling
  
• Possibly new features like wireless Android Auto  CarPlay, a 360-degree camera etc. 
  

 Performance and Engine Options

There may not be any major changes in the engine department. The facelift is expected to continue with the same set of engines:

• 1.2L petrol
  
• 1.2L turbo-petrol
  
• 1.5L diesel
  

These will likely be offered with manual and DCA automatic transmission options, depending on the variant.

The new Tiago iCNG and Tigor iCNG are powered by the Revotron 1.2L BS6 engine which produces a maximum power of 73PS. The iCNG Tata cars come in with best-in-class technology and features,  deliver optimum performance and seamless shifting of fuel modes from Petrol to CNG and vice versa, providing a better experience for their customers.

 Adding to the current colour palette, the company has also introduced an interesting new Midnight Plum in the Tiago and a Magnetic Red in the Tigor. Both these cars will come with a warranty of 2 years or 75,000 kms, whichever is earlier, as a standard option for all customers.

Tata Tiago CNG

The Tata Tiago CNG has the same appearance as the conventional fuel variant. The only difference is the hatchback’s factory-installed CNG kit, which works with the 1.2-litre Revotron engine. The engine has a power output of 73 PS. It has a ground clearance of 165 mm.

The car is equipped with projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, and chrome grille trim. Harman’s touchscreen infotainment system is installed in the interior. The Tata Tiago CNG will come in five colours and four trim levels, Midnight Plum, Arizona Blue, Opal White, Flame Red, and Daytona Grey and XE, XM, XT, and XZ+ levels.

Tata Tigor CNG

With the addition of the CNG variant, the Tata Tigor becomes India’s first automobile to offer petrol, all-electric, and CNG options.

The Tigor CNG, like the Tiago CNG, comes with a factory-installed CNG kit that works in conjunction with the 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine. This engine is also said to produce 73PS.

Automatic headlights, a dual-tone roof, rain-sensing wipers, and other features are available on the Tata Tigor CNG. Automatic climate control, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system and other features are available inside the interior. The Tata Tigor CNG comes in four different colours Magnetic Red, Arizona Blue, Opal White, Daytona Grey, and Deep Red and two separate models, the XZ and XZ+.

The all new Tata micro SUV works on Start/Stop technology, which automatically stops its engine when it stops at a traffic signal. The SUV is offered in four different Persona trims, which include Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative Persona.

The Tata Punch is offered with only one engine option. In this, the company has used a naturally aspirated petrol engine with 3 cylinders with a capacity of 1.2 liters, which generates 86hp power and 113Nm torque. This engine comes with a 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox.

Size of Micro SUV

If we talk about the size of the Tata micro SUV Punch, it has a length of 3,827mm, width 1,742mm, height 1,615mm and has a wheelbase of 2,445mm. It offers a ground clearance of 187mm and the boot space of 366 liters capacity. The Tata Punch SUV has been built on the ALFA architecture platform and it also has a 90-degree opening door.

The company will launch the Tata Punch for sale on October 20, and at the same time its prices will be revealed.

New Tata Safari Features

The all-new Tata Safari will create a storm in the SUV segment with its high-class defining features.

Exteriors: Elegant grille, stepped roof, and the imposing tailgate with ultra-premium finishes.

Interiors:  The new safari comes with plush Benecke Kaliko Oyster White interiors paired with an Ash Wood dashboard, panoramic sunroof, captain seats, and spacious 3rd-row seating.

Engine: All New-Safari has a 170 PS Kryotec Diesel Engine equipped with a 6 Speed Automatic/ Manual Transmission

Other features of New-Safari: 8.8” floating island infotainment system, iRA connected car technology, Electronic parking brake with auto hold, airbags, all-disc brakes, electronic stability program along with hill hold control, fully automatic climate control, and xenon HID projector headlamps. These features are available differently in different variants. The four variants of New Safari are Base XE, XM, XT, and top-of-the-line XZ.

With the introduction of the Altroz ​​EV, Ziptron technology will be used by Tata’s upcoming range. It uses advanced lithium-ion cells and is capable of travelling 250 kilometres on a single charge. The battery pack is liquid-cooled and used solid IP67 CAS to keep its strength fast. The company says that the Battery Management System (BMS) has been designed for the external battery life of up to 8 years so that its performance remains stable.
