Motorola company held an online event to launch these smartphones and the reason behind the online event is due to outbreak of coronavirus. Due to the virus outbreak the company was not able to host a physical event.

If we talk about the price, then the price of the Motorola Edge + (12 GB and 256 GB RAM) storage variant is set at $999 (nearly 76,400 INR). However, the company has not revealed the price of Motorola Edge.

Motorola Edge + will be available from 24th May in the US. Apart from this, the Motorola Edge smartphone will be available in two color variant options, Solar Black and Midnight Magenta.

However, the company hasn’t launched any further details of the e-vent. The flagship event was first scheduled to be along with Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, but due to coronavirus outbreak the event was canceled and now the company decided to host an online flagship launch.

Motorola Edge+ specifications expected

The Motorola Edge+ may come with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2, 340 pixels) display along with a hole-punch design. The phone is expected to have an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It is also rumored to have a 5,170mAh battery and runs on Android 10 OS. Some rendered images have also shown a triple rear camera setup on the Motorola Edge+ that would include a 108-megapixel primary sensor.

Motorola Edge specifications expected

The Motorola Edge may come with a curved 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2, 340 pixels) display. The phone is expected to come with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 or Snapdragon 765G SoC along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. It is also rumored to come with a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor and runs on Android 10 OS.
