This seminar was expertly organized under the mentorship of Er. Manmohan Singla, the director of HIDM and a visionary leader in digital education. In his session, Mr. Kapil Sidher explained the fundamental differences between a job and entrepreneurship in the context of building wealth and a fulfilling life. He emphasized that while jobs can offer stability and structured growth, entrepreneurship demands courage, risk-taking, and a mindset geared toward innovation and leadership. Both paths, he noted, require clarity of purpose and a strong personality to succeed.

The speaker also describes the importance of failure in the journey to success. “Failure is not the end; it’s a challenge you must accept, analyze, learn from, and try again with a stronger mindset,” Mr. Sidher said, motivating students to see failure as a stepping stone, not a setback. He encouraged everyone to introspect, identify mistakes, and make conscious improvements in their personal and professional lives.

Mr. Sidher highlighted the value of self-reflection and emotional strength, stating that success doesn’t only come from skills or external factors but from within—through confidence, consistency, and the willingness to grow through challenges.

They all gave their personal experiences and motivate the crowd to learn from the past mistakes. It is very much important for a child and for a parent to know in which stream his child is having interest. Never try to imposed what others think is right. Unless and until your strength is kept hidden, you can’t succeed. As it is our tendency to give 100 percent only when we get work of our interest. Also students came to know about their interest about specific field through IQ and Psychometric tests conducted by the team.

During seminar, he motivated students that they should know in which stream they have interest and can show their potential. After self analysis, it is easier to get there where we want ourselves. Er. Manmohan Singla has motivated number of students under SCOPE-2019 through his personal experiences and guided them towards their bright future.

He motivated them by saying that a person should always have a target and then hit the goal if he wants to achieve success in his life. Various mind games were done on students to know their caliber and interest during the session.
