Lower-class people are dying due to starvation, while on the other hand, COVID-19 has not dropped a big effect on upper-class people. The impact of the corona pandemic on people’s lifestyles has been shown in the film.

In the movie, different people’s stories are shown. A prostitute whose business has been stopped due to corona, a female pilot who gets a chance to know herself better in lockdown, and a retired old man who wants to go to Hyderabad to meet with his daughter but due to lockdown unable to go. Another poor shown struggling with hunger. 

In the trailer of the India Lockdown movie, the first lockdown was of 21 days. During this first lockdown, people had to face a lot of difficulties, but the declaration of the second lockdown broke the back of the poor people. India’s lockdown movie shows that starvation became a bigger challenge for poor people. Due to a lack of resources in the era of COVID-19, people did not get proper treatment also.

The teaser of India Lockdown was released a few days back. The Upcoming India lockdown film will show how the country gets out of this tragedy and how people fulfill their needs during the lockdown. India Lockdown Movie will be released on 2 December 2022 on OTT platform Zee5. Actors Prateik Babbar, Shweta Basu Prasad, Sai Tamhankar, Ahana Kumar, and Prakash Belavedi are in lead in this film.

The India Lockdown teaser begins with the announcement of the historic first lockdown in India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It features footage from different parts of the country and shows the impact of the lockdown on people’s lives. Shweta Basu Prasad essays the role of a sex worker questions the seriousness of Covid-19 before the lockdown is announced. Prateik Babbar plays the role of a migrant worker who is forced to return to his hometown with his family due to the pandemic. And, Aahana Kumra playing the role of a pilot is shown trapped in the house due to the pandemic.

The movie stars Prateik Babbar, Aahana Kumra, and Shweta Basu Prasad. It is supported by Jayantilal Gada of Penn Studios, Madhur Bhandarkar, and Pranav Jain’s PJ Motion Pictures.

Inspired by true events, ‘India Lockdown’ depicting the four parallel stories and the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on the people of India will stream on Zee 5 on 2 December.
