Earlier the movie was slated to release on October 20, but with the teaser, makers has revealed its new date of release, and it is October 27.

The Tejas teaser provides a glimpse of Kangana as an Air Force pilot. The teaser begins with a fighter jet leaving its hanger as Kangana prepares for her flight. In the background, “Zarrori nahi hai har bar baatcheet hone chahiye, jung ke maidan mein ab jung hone chahiye. Hogaeya hai mere vatan pe ab bahut he sitam. Ab toh aakash se barish nahi aag barasni chahiye. Bharat ko chhedoge toh chhodenge nahi.

Tejas is based on the extraordinary journey of Tejas Gill, an Air Force pilot, with the purpose of motivating and creating a strong feeling of pride in every Indian. It depicts the devotion and challenges that our Air Force pilots undergo as they diligently defend our country.

Mi-17 V5 helicopter crashed in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, on December 8, in which CDS Bipin Rawat along with his wife lost their life, the only survivor from the accident Group Captain Varun Singh also passed away. On 9th December, captain Varun Singh was moved from wellingtons’ military to the command hospital, after getting the major treatment.

On the official account of IAF twitter, Information about the death of Varun Singh was given, “IAF is deeply saddened to inform the passing away of braveheart Group Captain Varun Singh, who succumbed this morning to the injuries sustained in the helicopter accident on 08 Dec 21. IAF offers sincere condolences and stands firmly with the bereaved family.”

PM Narendra Modi also tweeted about Varun Singh demise “Group Captain Varun Singh served the nation with pride, valour and utmost professionalism. I am extremely anguished by his passing away. His rich service to the nation will never be forgotten. Condolences to his family and friends. Om Shanti.”

Rajnath Singh condoled group captain by tweeting “Pained beyond words to learn of the demise of IAF pilot, Group Captain Varun Singh. He was a true fighter who fought till his last breath. My thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family and friends. We stand firmly with the family, in this hour of grief.”

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the NDA and NA (II) 2020 examinations online at upsconline.nic.in on or before July 6, 2020, until 6 PM.

Now, a common examination will be held for both NDA & NA Examination (I) and NDA & NA Examination (II) 2020 on September 6, 2020. The NDA& NA Examination (I) 2020, which was scheduled to be held on 19.04.2020, was deferred against the backdrop of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The online Applications can be withdrawn from 13.07.2020 to 19.07.2020 till 6:00 PM. The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-Admit Card will be made available on the UPSC website (upsconline.nic.in).

Union Public Service Commission conducting the exam on 06th September 2020 is for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 146th Course, and for the 108th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd July 2021.

The announcement came just before the statement extending the nationwide lockdown by the other 2 weeks. In a press conference, CDS chief Bipin Rawat said “We will convey our gratitude to each and every corona warrior and all the citizens of our nation. On May 3 there will be some special activities as a gesture of special gratitude by all three forces,”

The “gesture of salutation” will consist of the Air Force conducting fly-pasts “from Kashmir to Trivanthapuram (and) from Assam to Kutch in Gujarat”, Navy will display its gratitude by lighting up ships in Sea, and third helicopters will shower petals on hospitals and Police Memorial in support of the police forces and army bands playing outside medical buildings. Chief of Defence General Bipin Rawat gave this information in a press conference with the chiefs of the other three armies.
