It is not entirely clear why less sleep is harmful to heart health, but researchers recognize that too little sleep causes disturbances to underlying health conditions and biological processes such as glucose metabolism, blood pressure, and inflammation.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size">How sleep disturbance and Heart health is related</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size">Common sleep disorders like <strong>Insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)</strong> affects the quality and duration of sleep and in turn affect the cardiometabolic health. <strong>Obstructive sleep apnea is a serious disorder in which breathing starts and stops multiple times during sleep because the tongue or throat tissues block the airway and generally called snoring. </strong>Insomnia is another sleep disorder in which it is difficult to sleep. <p>International Yoga Day is being celebrated on June 21. On this day everyone talks about the benefits associated with yoga and shares photos while doing yoga. <strong>This year&#8217;s Yoga Day theme is Climate Action.</strong> Let it be said, June 21 is the biggest day of the year and on this day World Music Day is also celebrated.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How did the Yoga Day start?</h2>



<p>In many countries around the world, people do yoga to stay healthy. But the start of the International Yoga Day started with the initiative of India. On September 27, 2014; Prime Minister Narendra Modi called upon the United Nations General Assembly to celebrate Yoga Day around the world. The United Nations General Assembly had announced its event within just three months after the proposal arrived. The General Assembly announced on 11 December 2014 that 21st day of June will be celebrated as Yoga Day in the world. After which people from all over the world celebrate 21 June every year as International Yoga Day.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Why is Yoga Day celebrated on June 21?</h2>



<p>There is also a special reason for opting for the International Yoga Day on June 21. Actually, this day is the longest day in the Northern Hemisphere, which can also be called Summer Solstice. From the perspective of Indian culture, after the summer solstice, the sun turns southward and this time is very beneficial in achieving spiritual accomplishments. That is why the 21st day of June was set to celebrate International Yoga Day.</p>

<p>Different yogic concepts like Discipline, awareness, concentration, meditation were taught. Trainer Vishal Jindal said that Yogic kriyas are very important for the detoxification of our body. To maintain a healthy body, physical exercises must be done on a regular basis. He also informed that the foundation is organizing a free <strong>International Yoga Month from 1</strong><sup><strong>st</strong></sup><strong> to 30</strong><sup><strong>th</strong></sup><strong> June 2019</strong> where asanas, meditation, breathing exercise, fun activities, and many more things will be taught. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To aware the people about benefits and various asanas of Yoga, Global Yoga School is going to organize a free international yoga month for the hisarlites from 1<sup>st</sup> to 30<sup>th</sup> June 2019. The topics that will be covered are various asanas, process of meditation, right breathing process, suryanamaskar, fun games and many more things are there in the camp. The camp has three batches according to different age groups. Children from age 6 to adult of 30years can participate in this. It is quite evident that June 21 has been declared as International Yoga day and it is very necessary to meditate and do yoga asanas in today’s fast running life for seeking peace and healthy living. </p>
