 Poulet D.G dish is very popular among chicken lovers of Cameroon. The meaning of POULET D.G in French is chicken. D.G means Director general. It was named like this because it was the food of rich people and served to high commissioned people in Africa. In this dish, chicken is cooked in sweet-smelling spices.
