The exam date for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) has been changed. Earlier VITEEE 2023 entrance exam was scheduled to be held from April 15 to 21, but now as per the new date, VITEEE 2023 entrance exam will be conducted from April 17 to 23. VITEEE 2023 Registration is still going on and candidates can visit the official website viteee.vit.ac.in to register. The last date to register for VITEEE 2023 exam is March 31, 2023. The VITEEE exam is conducted annually by VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) to get admission to B.Tech programs at Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, and Bhopal.
VITEEE 2023 Exam Duration-
The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours 30 minutes. Candidates can appear for VITEEE only once.
VITEEE 2023 Exam Pattern–
- There will be a total of 125 questions in the exam.
- All questions will be multiple choice and each question will carry one mark.
- The question paper will be in English language only.
- The exam will have-
- 40 questions from Mathematics/Biology.
- 35 questions from Physics.
- 35 questions from Chemistry.
- 10 questions from Aptitude.
- 5 questions from English.
Eligibility for the VITEEE 2023 exam
As per the eligibility criteria of the VITEEE 2023 exam, candidates applying for admission to the B.Tech program must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in class 12th in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. However, reserved category students will have to obtain 50 percent marks in class 12th.
How to do VITEEE 2023 Registration
1st step – Visit the official website of VIT – viteee.vit.ac.in.
2nd step – On the homepage, click on the registration tab.
3rd Step – Now, register by entering all required details like name, date of birth, mobile number, and email id.
4th Step – Login and fill VITEEE online form, and upload scanned documents.
5th Step- Pay the registration fee.
6th Step – After completing all the details, submit the VITEEE 2023 Application Form.
7th Step – Download a copy of the application form and keep it safe for future reference.
