Prithviraj movie showcases the story of Great Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, role played by Akshay Kumar. Manushi Chillar, who is debuting her acting career with this magnus opum, plays the role of Prithviraj’s wife, Princess Sanyogita . Along with them, Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood are also in lead roles, playing Kaka Kanha and Chand Vardai respectively. Some glimpses from the trailer shows Ashutosh Rana also. The film’s trailer description on YouTube read: “His sword knows nothing but victory. He is Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate Samrat Prith viraj Chauhan.”

Sharing the film’s trailer on Twitter, the actor Akshay Kumar wrote: “Shaurya aur veerta ki amar kahaani…Yeh hai kahaani Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan ki. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan with YRF50 only at a theatre near you on 3rd June.”

The movie Prithviraj will hit the screens on June 3 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Prithviraj is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films.
