Specifications of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC

Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SOC is built on the 4nm fabrication process. The 7 Gen 1 octa-core kryo CPU comes with a 4 Cortex of A710 for high performance and 4 Cortex of A510 for power efficiency. The prime core of A710 is clocked at 2.4GHZ and 3 cores are clocked at 2.36 GHz. A510 cores are clocked at 1.8 GHz.

Adreno GPU in new soc delivers 20% faster graphics rendering compared to its predecessor 778G chipset, for seamless HDR gameplay, without consuming extra power compared to 778G. New soc has snapdragon X62 5G Modem-RF System with a peak download speed of 4.4 Gbps. It supports both mmWave and sub-6 GHz spectrums to enable truly global 5G cloud gaming.

The 7 Gen 1 comes with the new 7th Gen Qualcomm AI engine, which provides 30% more AI performance than its predecessor. The New 7 Gen 1 Soc support to capture of 200mp photo and video recording up to 4k HDR, career aggression and Wi-Fi 6E is also supported by it. The 7 Gen 1 chipset also supports Qualcomm Aqstic audio technology and it supports up to 16Gb of LPDDR5 RAM.
