Netflix Password Sharing in India

In accordance with the Netflix sharing update, Netflix will begin emailing users who are using the same Netflix account outside of a single household to remind them that a single account is intended to be used only by one family.

According to the official statement, A Netflix account is for use by one household. Everyone living in that household can use Netflix wherever they are — at home, on the go, on holiday — and take advantage of new features like Transfer Profile and Manage Access and Devices.

One Netflix account is used by several houses and users in India, which may assist spread the cost of the subscription among a group that may not all live in the same home, such as a group of friends or family.

Early in 2023, the streaming service took similar action in its home market of the United States before extending the prohibitions to more than 100 nations in May.

The story film revolves around Punjab drug smuggling. Drugs were being smuggled on a large scale in Punjab, affecting the younger generation and losing their lives. Drug smuggling was making Punjab hollow. Meanwhile, Gurnam Singh’s (Randeep Hooda) younger brother is arrested by the police on charges of drug smuggling. Punjab Police proposes Gurnam Singh to become an informer once again to root out drug smuggling. To save Punjab and his brother from the ravages of drugs, Gurnam turns informer and wades into the quagmire of politics, corruption, and crime to expose drug trafficking.

CAT will be streamed on Netflix on December 9 in Hindi, Punjabi, and English. It is directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua. The movie stars Randeep Hooda along with Suvinder Vicky, Hasleen Kaur, Geeta Agarwal, Daksh Ajit Singh, Sukhwinder Chahal, KP Singh, Kavya Thapar, Danish Sood, and Pramod Pathal.

Who can apply to Take Ten

There are only two criteria to join: Applicants must be a citizen or resident of India and over the age of 18. Registrations open on 7th February 2022 at www.taketen.in. To enter, applicants have to submit a film of up to two minutes based on the topic ‘My India,’ which should be shot with their phone and represent who they are as a filmmaker. The applications will be reviewed on a first-come-first-served basis. 

The shortlisted participants will not only get to bring their short film idea to life but they will also get a chance to learn about writing, direction, production and more from award-winning talent including Abhishek Chaubey, Hansal Mehta, Juhi Chaturvedi, Neeraj Ghaywan and Guneet Monga.

According to the new announcement, the previous plan of Rs 199 drop to Rs 149, the ‘Basic’ plan of Netflix India of Rs 499 dropped to Rs 199 in India.  So according to new subscription plans, users are going to save 60.2%.

The second ‘Standard’ plan of Rs 649 get reduced to Rs 499 and the ‘premium’ plan of Rs 799 per month drops to Rs 649. Majorly these four Netflix India plans drop to one below them.

Only the subscription rates have changed, the features will remain the same. The mobile plan provides a standard resolution of 480p on the tablet and phone, ‘Basic’ plan allows users to watch on any device that gives 480p resolution. With the ‘standard’ plan, subscribers will get a high resolution (HD) 1080p, and the ‘premium’ plan provides 4K resolution and high-visual range (HDR) video.

Today on Friday, Karan Johar shared the teaser of one of his 5 upcoming projects, Ajeeb Dastaans on the Twitter. He mentioned, “ It’s here… A collaborative effort, yet uniquely individual. The Ajeeb Dastaan film is set to release on Netflix on 16 April. The teaser of the film shows 4 stories in it. These stories made in different circumstances will take you on a roller- coaster journey. The anthology of four films, Ajeeb Dasataans is created by four filmmakers including Shashank Khaitan, Raj Mehta, Neeraj Ghaywan, and Kayoze Irani, produced by Karan Johar.

In the film, you will see Fatima Sana Sheikh, Nusrat Bharucha, Inayat Verma, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shefali Shah, Manav Kaul, Jaideep Ahlawat and many more.

From the teaser, the story of the film is unpredictable but it has raised hopes of a good film.

The film will be released on Netflix on the 11^th of December. The trailer shows that most of the film has been shot in Afghanistan. Nargis Fakhri will be seen alongside Sanjay Dutt in the film. In Torbaaz, Sanjay Dutt is in the role of a cricket coach who teaches cricket to children in Afghanistan’s Refugee Camp who are made suicide bombers. He tries his best to keep children away from guns and bombs through cricket. The film is directed by Girish Malik and also stars Rahul Dev

RaatAkeli Hai film revolves around a cop Jatil Yadav (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who investigates the murder of a powerful politician. As Jatil gets deeper into the case, toxic patriarchy comes in, but Jatil still thinks there is more that needs to be resolved.  Meanwhile, a love story also blossoms between Jatil and a mysterious woman, played by Radhika Apte.
